This is the view our friends and neighbors got as they approached our door this winter:
Watch your head! |
Not very inviting, is it? At least we had our little "Welcome" sign to make people feel more comfortable as they reached our ice cave. Luckily we didn't have anyone slip on the ice that formed from all the dripping. We're definitely going to have to put some gutters up this year!

I knew it was bad, but I didn't ever see it get THAT bad with the ice on the sidewalk and the icicles! Crazy!
More pictures! We want to see what you've done so far with your house.
Whoa scary!!
Yeah, that is still in the works. We're making some improvements, and right now our floor is being refinished, so I'm not really in the position to do something like that right now! I will be soon!
Nevada gets snow? Since when?
We live in the only green part of Nevada. Seriously. And we get snow too. The climate in comparison to Salt Lake City is basically warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. So we get snow, but it usually melts within a day or two.
Deadly!! Can't wait to see house pictures!
